The Terms

I. The arrangement

Every plan is month to month. There is no setup fee, no term contract, and no cancellation fee. Cancel any time and the arrangement ends at the close of the billing period you’ve already paid for. Prices are printed at /pricing and they are the prices — we do not quote one number in public and another in private.

II. What you own, what we own

You own your business, and everything of it: your domain (registered in your name, never ours), your customer list, your Google Business Profile and every review on it, your photos, and your words. If you leave — month two or year five — all of it travels with you, the same hour you ask. We will hand over what the platform exports (contacts, form submissions, transactions, media) at no charge; conversation and text history does not export from the platform, and we say that here rather than let you find out later.

We own the storefront we build and maintain — that is the trade that makes $0 down possible. If you would rather own it outright, the price is printed: $2,500, any site, any time. On buyout payment we deliver the complete site as standard files, working, with your domain pointed wherever you choose, within 10 business days.

III. The Promise

The guarantee’s mechanics — the written bar, the 90-day window, the remedy, and the three conditions on your side — are printed at /promise and set in writing in your baseline letter before the first dollar moves. The baseline letter is the binding version for your engagement. Commission-tier engagements carry their own written terms per the signed statement of work.

IV. Texting

If you or your customers receive text messages through systems we operate, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, replying STOP ends the messages, and replying HELP returns contact information. We register every texting campaign with carriers as the law requires, and campaigns send only to people who opted in.

V. Payments

Plans bill monthly, in advance, by card through Stripe. If a payment fails we tell you and retry; service pauses if it stays unpaid, and nothing of yours is deleted the day a card fails. Ad spend on Commission engagements is always billed by the ad platforms directly to your own account — it never passes through us.

VI. The honest limits

We stand behind exactly what we put in writing — the printed prices, the ownership terms above, and your baseline letter — and nothing we didn’t. Beyond those written commitments, services are provided as-is, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose.

VII. The entity

Carmel Signal is a trade name of JK Digital LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. These terms are governed by Maryland law.
