Privacy
This page says what information reaches us, what we do with it, and what we will not do with it. Plain type, current as of July 24, 2026.
I. What we collect
What you type: when you use a form on this site — the start form or a contact form — we receive what you put in it: your name, business name, phone number, email, budget range, and your message. That’s the point of the form, and it is the only personal information we ask for.
What every website receives: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) to serve pages and block abuse. This site sets no tracking cookies, no ad pixels, and runs no analytics scripts. The only thing stored in your browser is a single preference — whether you chose the night edition — and it never leaves your device.
II. What we do with it
We use what you send us to answer you, to build what you asked for, and to keep honest records of the work. We never sell personal information. It is shared only with the processors that make the service run — Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), our client-management platform (for clients), and the phone and email carriers that deliver messages — and each receives only what its job requires.
III. Text messaging
If you give us your number through a form, an inbound call, or a text, we may text you back about your request — conversationally, not as a broadcast list. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out at any time, and reply HELP for help. And the carrier-grade version of the promise, word for word:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
IV. Your rights
Ask us any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — one email does it, and we answer within a week. When you stop being a prospect or client, we keep only what bookkeeping and law require, and nothing for marketing.
